Welcome to AIStich (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), an entertainment AI application. The App mainly provides functions including Image-to-Video, Text-to-Image, Script-to-Video, Image Redrawing, and Outfit Change, serving global overseas users.
We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information and privacy security, and strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations such as the App Store Privacy Guidelines and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This Privacy Policy is intended to clearly inform you about how we collect, use, store, and protect your information, as well as the rights you are entitled to.
Please carefully read and fully understand this Policy before using the App. Your use of the App indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use the App.

(I) Definitions
Personal Information: Refers to various information recorded in electronic or other forms related to an identified or identifiable natural person, excluding information that has been anonymized.
Sensitive Personal Information: Refers to personal information that may lead to infringement of personal dignity or endanger personal and property security if leaked or illegally used, including biometric information (such as facial features), portrait information, etc.
Anonymization: Refers to the process of processing personal information through technical means to make it impossible to identify a specific natural person and irrecoverable.
Third-Party Service Providers: Refers to external partners such as third-party SDKs, analytics tools, and technical service providers that provide support for the realization of the App's functions.
(II) Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all information processing activities when you use the AIStich App and related services. If you jump to a third-party service page through the App, the information processing behavior of the third party shall be governed by its own privacy policy, and we shall not be liable for it.
III. Collection and Use of Information
We adhere to the principle of "minimum necessity" and only collect information necessary to realize the App's functions, not collecting information unrelated to the functions.
(I) Information You Voluntarily Provide
Content Data:
When you use the Image-to-Video, Image Redrawing, or Outfit Change functions, you may upload images (including portraits, scene images, etc.). We only collect such images to generate corresponding content and will not obtain additional irrelevant information from the images.
When you use the Text-to-Image, Script-to-Video, or Image Redrawing functions, the text descriptions, scripts, and other information you input are only used to generate images or video content that meets your needs.
Account Information:
If you choose to register and log in to the App, you may need to provide contact information such as an email address for account verification, password retrieval, and other functions. We will not use this information for other irrelevant purposes.
(II) Automatically Collected Information
Device Information: To ensure the normal operation of the App, we may automatically collect your device model, operating system version, device identifiers (such as IDFA), network type, and other information for troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Usage Log Information: Including log data such as the function modules you use, operation time, and the type of generated content. It is only used to analyze the App's usage and improve service quality, and will not be associated with your personal identity information.
(III) Purposes of Information Use
Implement Core Functions: Generate videos, images, and other content according to your operation instructions to complete the services you request (such as Image-to-Video generation, Outfit Change effect display, etc.).
Ensure Service Security: Detect and prevent fraud, illegal use, and other behaviors to protect the security of your account and content.
Optimize User Experience: Analyze the frequency of function use based on usage logs to optimize interface design and function response speed.
Compliance Requirements: Meet the regulatory requirements of laws, regulations, and the Apple App Store, such as traceability marks for generated content.
Important Note: We will not use your personal information for targeted advertising, nor will we use your uploaded content for AI model training unless we obtain your separate written consent.
IV. Storage and Protection of Information
(I) Storage Period and Method
The content data you upload (such as images) and input (such as text) will only be retained for 24 hours. After generating the final content you need, we will perform pixel-level desensitization on the original uploaded data.
Account information will be retained during the existence of your account. If you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your account information within 15 working days, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.
All information is stored on servers that meet security standards, and encryption technology is used to ensure the security of data transmission and storage, preventing information leakage, tampering, or loss.
(II) Storage Region

We ensure that data storage complies with the requirements of local data protection laws and regulations. If cross-border data transmission is involved, we will adopt compliant transmission mechanisms (such as GDPR cross-border data transfer standards).

Technical Protection: Adopt technical means such as SSL encrypted transmission, access control, and encrypted data storage to establish a multi-layered security protection system.
Internal Management: Strictly restrict access rights to information. Only authorized personnel can access user information within the necessary scope and have signed confidentiality agreements.
Emergency Response: Formulate emergency plans for data security incidents. In the event of a security incident such as information leakage, we will promptly take remedial measures and notify you and relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with legal requirements.
V. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We will not share your personal information with any third party except in the following circumstances:
Obtaining Your Explicit Consent: Sharing necessary information with third parties designated by you with your authorization.

Legal Requirements: Disclosing relevant information to competent authorities in accordance with legal requirements such as court subpoenas and legal orders.
Important Note: We require third-party service providers to comply with strict privacy protection agreements, prohibiting them from using the shared information for any purposes unrelated to the services and requiring them to adopt the same level of security protection measures as us.
(II) Information Disclosure
Without your consent, we will not disclose your personal information to any third party except as required by mandatory legal provisions.
VI. User Rights
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, you are entitled to the following rights, and we will provide convenient channels for you to exercise these rights:
Right of Access: You can check your account information, usage records, and other personal information at any time.
Right of Correction: If there is an error in your account information, you can apply for correction.
Right to Erasure: You can request the deletion of your uploaded content, account information, etc. We will promptly process it after verification (except as required by laws and regulations to retain).
Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent to information collection through App settings or device permission management (e.g., turning off photo album access permission), but this may result in some functions being unavailable.
Right to Delete Account: You can apply to delete your account through the "Settings - Account Management - Delete Account" function in the App. After deletion, relevant information will be processed in accordance with the provisions of this Policy.

VII. Third-Party Service Instructions
The App may contain third-party SDKs or service links (such as payment services, analytics tools, etc.). Relevant third parties may collect some of your information (such as device information).
We have strictly screened third-party service providers and require them to comply with relevant privacy protection regulations. You can view the "List of Third-Party Services" (available in the App under "Settings - About Us - Third-Party Services") to learn about the scope of information collection and usage rules of third parties. The privacy policies of third parties are independent of this Policy, and we shall not be jointly and severally liable.
VIII. Compliance Instructions for Generated Content
All images and video content generated by the App will be embedded with invisible digital watermarks (including information such as the generator's name and unique code) and marked with the identifier "AI-Generated" in a prominent position (font size not less than 5% of the shortest side of the frame) to ensure content traceability.
You warrant that when using the App, the uploaded content does not contain illegal information such as others' privacy or infringing materials, and the generated content will not be used for illegal purposes such as deepfakes or fraud. If you violate the above warranty, you shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities, and we have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to you.
IX. Policy Updates
If there are changes in laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements, or significant adjustments to our service functions or information processing methods, we may revise this Policy.
After the Policy is updated, we will notify you through in-App pop-ups, notifications, etc. Your continued use of the App indicates that you agree to the revised Policy.
The revised Policy will take effect on the date of release, and historical versions will be archived for your review.
